The usm feedback command configures the agent feedback policy in system.usm — interactive setup or non-interactive flags for human-gate, direct-to-feedback, or direct-to-github modes.

Intent

The feedback policy governs how AI agents surface bugs and improvements. Teams need a way to set it up without hand-editing system.usm: interactively at init/upgrade time, or explicitly in CI and agent contexts via flags. This command writes the policy block and tracker settings, which the rules-file generator renders into every agent-facing file.
